GRIEF JOURNALLING

JOURNALLING FOR AMBIGUOUS LOSS

Journalling gives you a place to land when nothing feels certain with ambiguous loss. Writing helps you express your grief safely, untangle what’s going on inside, notice what you’re actually feeling, and make sense of the limbo that comes with “not knowing.” Journalling won’t fix ambiguous loss, but it helps you stay connected to yourself amongst the waves of grief.

Be gentle with yourself as you work through these prompts and questions over the next 30 days. We invite you to join our free Ambiguous Loss Support Group on Facebook for extra support and share what you have been writing, if you so wish.

When you sign up to our newsletter, you will see a link on the confirmation page with a direct download to the 30 Days of Journalling for Ambiguous Loss Workbook (PDF via Google Drive).
