AWARENESS CAMPAIGN 2025
As we marked our 10th anniversary in 2025 on Ambiguous Loss Awareness Day, we decided to shine a direct light on the different types of ambiguous loss.
Time and again, we hear how simply naming this kind of loss is illuminating. Many people feel stuck or confused without realising they’re grieving. Naming it helps validate your experience, reduce self-blame, and opens the door to support and healing. So we created the #MyAmbiguousLossIs campaign by asking people to share their own type of ambiguous loss, which we collated into three videos (found on our social media). Some of the submissions are featured on this page. We're continually raising awareness so no one has to face this kind of grief alone. Thank you to everyone who took part. Contact us if you need support or help. |
