“Individually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean.”

Feedback from previous participants:
“I found the ambiguous loss support group to be invaluable in helping me to find new ways to navigate and process my own complex losses. Chloe was very adept at holding the space for our different experiences, gently and expertly inviting us to share our experiences through thoughtful discussions and homework suggestions. Her warmth and professionalism created an atmosphere of safety that allowed for a sense of ease and helped us to bond over the 7 weeks. Getting to know others who were experiencing similar feelings helped to ‘normalise’ our experiences and provided a great deal of comfort. Although 7 weeks was a relatively short period of time, we built enough connection to want to stay in touch with one another after the sessions ended. I highly recommend this support group for anyone struggling to find their way through ambiguous loss.” ~ Shirley
“I joined Chloe's support group having never met anyone else experiencing ambiguous loss. I had never been to a support group and I wasn't sure how I could talk to strangers about a type of grief that was having such a major impact on my own life. It was so refreshing to finally get more of an informed understanding of my own loss and speak to others in the group who ‘just really get it’ and understand the devastating sadness I have been feeling. The group has given me valuable, unjudged support by a small number of lovely people who share a range of ambiguous loss experiences but who have all come together to both give and receive; to listen and share and to help each other and themselves. Chloe's kind, calm manner and expertise gave us a safe and structured pathway through each session. I feel fortunate to have had an opportunity to be part of something unique and special.” ~ Teresa L
