MAKE A PEACE BIRD

FREE video when you subscribe to our newsletter!
Mindful and creative activities are known to help us in times of stress and worry. Why not have a go at making an origami Peace Bird in the follow-along video you will receive when your subscribe to our free newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Chloe folded this Peace Bird on International Peace Day 2021 (which was also International Day of Gratitude), whilst sending peace and hope to all people experiencing ambiguous loss throughout the world.

You may choose to write a calming word or words on your bird's wings once folded, things you are grateful for, or note down your hopes and dreams on the seen or unseen side of the paper before you fold it, then hang it high in your window as a daily reminder.

When you receive the download link to the video (MP4, 121MB, 5:17 mins) which includes beautiful calming music, you may like to pause it as you follow each step. Do share your Peace Bird with us using #ALPeaceBird on social media, or in our Ambiguous Loss Support Group on Facebook.
